By accessing or using Tablewell ("the Service"), operated by Truer Things LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website.
Tablewell is an AI-powered family meal planning service that generates weekly dinner plans, grocery lists, and recipe suggestions. The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized meal recommendations based on your family's preferences, dietary notes, and budget.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Service is intended for personal, household use only. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts. If we discover that a child under 13 has created an account, we will terminate that account and delete their associated data promptly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@tablewell.app of any unauthorized use of your account. You may invite family members to share your household account, but you are responsible for their use of the Service.
Tablewell offers a free tier with limited generations and a paid Family plan billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. Prices are in USD and subject to change with notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's billing portal; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access through that date. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
Tablewell provides meal suggestions, recipes, and grocery estimates for informational and convenience purposes only. All nutritional information (including but not limited to calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, and fiber) is estimated by artificial intelligence based on listed ingredients and is not verified by a registered dietitian or nutritionist. Nutritional values can vary significantly based on specific brands, preparation methods, portion sizes, ingredient substitutions, and other factors. Do not rely on these estimates for medical, dietary, or clinical purposes. Ingredient costs, cooking times, and serving sizes are also estimates and may vary. Tablewell is not a licensed nutritionist, dietitian, or medical provider. Always use your own judgment regarding food safety, dietary restrictions, allergies, and health conditions. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before making dietary changes based on information from this Service. Truer Things LLC is not responsible for any adverse health outcomes, allergic reactions, foodborne illness, or other harm arising from following meal suggestions or relying on nutritional estimates provided by the Service.
Meal plans and recipes are generated by artificial intelligence and may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or unsuitable suggestions. You are solely responsible for verifying that any meal suggestion is appropriate for your household's dietary needs, allergies, and health requirements before preparing or consuming any recipe.
Any information you provide to the Service, including family preferences, dietary notes, and ratings, remains yours. We use this information solely to improve your meal planning experience and do not sell it to third parties. By providing this information, you grant us a limited license to use it to operate and improve the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service; sharing your account credentials with non-household members; using the Service for any commercial purpose; or attempting to circumvent any usage limits or security measures.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truer Things LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any harm resulting from meal suggestions provided by the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@tablewell.app.
If you download or access Tablewell through Apple's App Store or Google Play, additional terms from those platforms apply. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are subject to Apple's payment and refund policies; subscriptions purchased through Google Play are subject to Google's payment and refund policies. Auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through a mobile platform must be cancelled through that platform's subscription management settings (App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Google Play: Play Store → Subscriptions) at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period to avoid renewal. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service or its content. These Terms are between you and Truer Things LLC only, not Apple or Google.
